  • Implementation of Mother and Child health tracking for 100 % Coverage.

  • Village Health Nutrition Day
  • Prepare Micro planning at village and sub centre level.
  • Mop-round held for measles
  • Communication facilities at Sub-center level under NRHM.
  • Vaccine( Vit A, OPV, BCG, DPT, Measles, Hepatitis B) given to the children as per schedule
  • Hence, if we successfully implement full immunization programme then it shall improve the Child Health status in the district.
